The first Train-the-Trainer Workshop was held on October 23, 2012 in Tucker, Georgia. A project of the Georgia Coalition for Emergency Preparedness for Individuals with Disabilities and Older Adults, the workshop was a huge success with 40 participants in attendance. The goal of the workshop was to provide participants with the tools guidance and techniques necessary to assist the individuals they serve with emergency preparedness and planning.
