Our office:

  • Provides information through informal technical assistance and materials dissemination about the ADA’s requirements applicable to state government to the general public,
  • Conducts outreach activities among citizens with disabilities and representative organizations to better understand consumer perspectives regarding access to state government programs, services and activities;
  • Collaborates with local ADA support systems; and
  • Increases the visibility of the ADA to help more citizens understand the letter and the spirit of the law.
